The Cafclip Systems

The traditional methods of installing mineral wool type fire protection boards are rapidly becoming a thing of the past thanks to the Cafclip. The only dry fix clip system than can give up to 120 minutes fire resistance when used with Cafco Board.
The Cafclip has its copiers but none have achieved the simplicity and ease of installation that has made the Cafclip a leader in this field.
The Cafclip is a simple galvanised steel rod which is factory bent to shape and supplied ready to use without the need for any alterations regardless of the thickness of the steel flange on which it is to be used.
The Cafclip is a simple push fit and is secured to the flanges of steel beam or column at 750mm centres. The Cafco Board of the appropriate thickness is then impailed onto the Cafclip and secured in position by means of a non-return washer. Galvanised spiral screws securing the flange board to the web board complete the system. Giving the application the benefit of speed, and the specifier/main contractor the benefit of a secure visible fix that is easily policed.
